My picture for today is of Home Made Pizza.
I don't fancy cooking but once in a while I let the reluctant cook rein over me. (It also makes sense to give the little one home-made stuff as much as possible.) On one such occasion, we (my husband and I) decided to make Pizza at home.
We bought the Pizza base from a bakery near our place. With the help of Googleji, I made tomato-based spread, and sauteed onion, capsicum, mushroom and corn in olive oil.
All I will say is I am not planning to order Pizza from outside now.
So, dear readers (viewers), is it "good" enough?

DeleteIt definitely looks yummy
ReplyDeleteIt was :-)
DeleteThis looks good! I usually make it with chunks of tomato, onion and capsicum. Never added corn & mushroom to homemade pizza so far, but it's on my to-try list.
ReplyDeleteI love Mushroom in every form, so I had to put it in. Try it, it tastes awesome.

Cooking was not my cup of tea before my marriage. But later it becomes everyday job ,so better to love it...hehhe...So now I love to try all new things...except cake everythig comes good for me :(..
DeleteCommendable Shikha! I have baked cake many times. I recommend this recipe from a friend's blog: http://books-life-n-more.blogspot.in/search?q=rainbow+cake
DeleteJust remove the colours part. Keep everything else same. In eggless cake, you can also add some milk and milk powder. If you want egg wala cake, replace curd with 4-5 eggs.
