June Photo A Day : Day 1: B is for ...

No points in guessing, B will always be Books for me.

I have done a lot of Book images last month. Here's a little different one. This is my collection of mythology (Mahabharata / Ramayana) inspired books. Catch an exhaustive list of Mahabharata-inspired literature here, and I will soon be putting up a similar one for Ramayana-inspired literature.

Since the time I read Yajnaseni, there has been no looking back in my hunt to discover more versions of our mythologies. So, if you know about any editions, please mention in the comment below. I am always on the look out to discover more.

    1. Amen :-)
I have hunted the various versions from god-knows what kind of sites. They have even shut down now. I even bought a few second hand copies, on a higher price because I just wanted to have them.

    1. Books are my only indulgence. So in that way I don't have many. But I keep buying a lot of them. Hope I set up a home library soon.

    1. I am quite predictable that way. I tell everyone to gift me only books (or better book vouchers), and not bother about anything else.
